Terms & Conditions

ALERT:
The field is currently very muddy. Should you wish to proceed with your booking, please accept this as a condition and more importantly, bring sensible footwear (wellies are recommended) and towels or suchlike to wrap your dog in before returning them to your car.

Effective date: June 1, 2023

A great deal of time, love and energy has gone into purchasing and preparing this field for the enjoyment and benefit of others.  Please may we ask you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully which will ensure the field remains a field of fun & freedom for your furbabies.

Anyone found to be in breach of these conditions will immediately be asked to leave and this may result in the offenders being banned indefinitely. No refund will be issued.

  1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RULES & T&C’S – By booking and paying to use The Field of Fun & Freedom, you acknowledge that you agree to and will adhere to the sites Rules, Terms and Conditions.
  2. EQUIPMENT USE – The equipment is for the use of dogs only. We do not take any responsibility for injuries sustained by humans as a result of using the equipment.
  3. REFUND POLICY – Please see the refund policy.
  4. NO SICK DOGS – Please do not bring any dogs onto the site that have had sickness and/or diarrhoea within the previous 24 hours.
  5. NOISE LEVELS – The Hirer shall ensure that noise nuisance is kept to a minimum. The Field of Fun & Freedom is a natural retreat and should be treated as such. During a ‘quiet slot’ please refrain from shouting and making unnecessary noise.
  6. LIABILITY – All persons and their property, including dogs in the field, are there at their own risk. The Field of Fun & Freedom DO NOT accept any liability for injury or damage/loss of property/animals. The site includes flora and fauna, natural woodland and wildlife habitats. Furthermore, it has trip hazards, piles of wood, tree stumps, loose and/or sharp tree branches and stinging nettles. Please take care at all times when using the field.
  7. INJURY – I understand myself or the dog(s) accompanying me may sustain accidental injuries while at The Field of Fun & Freedom and I agree to cover any personal or veterinary fees pertaining to myself or the dog(s) accompanying me. 
  8. NO SHOW – If you decide to leave before the end of your allotted time or do not show up, you will still be charged for the full session booked and no refund will be given.
  9. IF FIELD IS OCCUPIED DURING YOUR BOOKING – If you arrive at the field at your designated time to find the previous hirer still onsite, please message us via Facebook Messenger or the form on our contact page.
  10. THUNDER STORMS – If a thunder storm is forecast, in severe cases, closure of the field may occur at short notice and we will ask you to rebook your slot free of charge or a refund will be offered.
  11. INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITY – Our team has absolute discretion to permit or prohibit all types of activity on the land.
  12. BOOKINGS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE – The booking is personal to the Hirer and may not be transferred or sublet.
